Hi! I am Bluedymeri, but you can call me Meritxell, whatever your preference is. I am an illustrator based (for now) in a Valencian town but with a northern soul.
With my art I want to convey calmness, talk about mental health, show my journey through my career learning new things everyday and showing the ups and downs of choosing an illustration path.

When I was 10 years old, I started attending painting lessons at an art academy in my town. That's where I discovered different techniques: acrylic painting, gouache, graphite and watercolor. Acrylic painting on canvas was my go-to. I painted landscapes, portraits and even a copy from The Kiss, by Gustav Klimt.
At that time, for me art was a hobby and I didn't think about turning it into my career.​
The years passed and I studied different things such as Comunicación Audiovisual, artes gráficas and even a master in creative writing. But I knew there was something inside of me that wanted to study anything related to painting and drawing, so in 2024 I started a master in Illustration in LABASAD and shared my journey on YouTube until today.​
I have a style that fluctuates depending on the illustration I am creating. Different techniques and context create different illustrations!
